Angie is the most talented massage therapist I’ve gone to and I’ve been to many. I was unsure if I’d like shiatsu massage and now I’m hooked! 27 November Digestion
Yes, just after Thanksgiving and just before the rest of the gorging in December, we focus on digestion. We will review foods, herbs, essential oils, acupoints and other techniques for promoting good digestion and relieving the discomfort of poor digestion. We will also learn an easy abdominal massage technique for promoting movement. Dealing with constipation? Attendance is a must for you!
